About Me
Hi 👋,
I’m Chadia, a mom of two with a deep love for product management. My journey kicked off in Paris back in 2011, leading the implementation and launch of McDonald’s France’s online ordering service, GoMcdo. Since then, I’ve worn various hats from Product Owner to Head of Product.
In 2013, I dived into crafting mobile apps for a top French gambling company, mastering the art of Scrum and Kanban. Grateful for my agile coach’s wisdom, I emerged as a Scrum expert.
With 14 years of experience in eCommerce, marketplace, and subscriptions, I’ve lived and worked in cities like Paris, Hong Kong, and London. I thrive on building things from scratch – be it products or teams. My entrepreneurial spirit led me to launch two Shopify online shops.
Beyond delivering products, I discovered my passion for sharing knowledge and aiding others. So, I’ve decided to coach and help small companies and scale-ups navigate the chaos and adopt top-notch product development practices.
